"it isn't even spring"
well kiddos, i have good news (which should please the whole amount of no one who read my blog). life is turning up more daisies than devil's horns at the moment. i quit my job at hancocks and am now working at the library (which is where i'm writing this blog at the moment because there's not much to do on a tuesday afternoon) and it's all hugs and kittens so far, much better than hancocks. now i'm not tempted to buy something every week/day/minute, i don't work 8 hr stretches, and i get to sit down at work a lot. fun stuff, huh? classes are looking okay, too, except that i missed lit crit this morning (stupid alarm clock and my penchant for turning them off without waking up fully), but other than that, i'm doing good so far. i'm also the dresser for Grand Night for Singing (fun show btw, go see it...wait a minute, who am i talking to? no one reads this) and it's really fun and easy. except for saturday night when we had several catastrophes all at once and all raining down on poor julie. first her strap breaks, then while running back to me to get it fixed she trips and hurts her ankle, then it gives out on her right before the end of act I and the strap comes apart again. i liked it better when our main problems were ryan massey and all his music cues going wrong. less scary and pain causing. let's hope this weekend goes better. otherwise i'm having a grand ol' time getting into my senior year of college. we'll see where it goes from here. so i'm signing off, waiting for "some enchanted evening" without injuries and costume malfunctions.
